- Conduction: The transfer of heat from warm area to cooler area. (LED’s die to case)
- Convection (Free and Forced): The internal movement of currents within fluids. (i.e. liquids and gases) (Case of ambient air)
- Radiation: The electromagnetic radiation emitted from the surface of an object.
